How to use Smart Gate

Congratulations! Gate entry just got a lot easier!

Please use the phone number provided to you and simply place a call to activate the gate opener. For easy future access we suggest you creating a new contact.

Here are some simple steps for iPhone and Android users:

For iPhone:

1. Open the Smart Gate welcome message.
2. Tap and hold the gate number until options show on the screen.
3. Tap “Add to Contacts”.
4. Then tap Create New Contact.
5. Add at least the Name (Smart Gate), the phone number should be pre populated.
6. Tap Done in the top right corner to save the information.

For Android:

1. Open the Smart Gate welcome message.
2. Tap and hold that phone number to select it then tap Add Contact at the top.
3. Tap Add Contact to confirm.
4. Then tap Create new contact.
5. Tap in each labeled area to type in the contact’s details.
6. Optional: Set up the contact on your home screen for easy access:
7. Open the Google Contacts app and select a contact from the list.
8. Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner.
9. Select “Add to Home Screen.”
10. Now you can either touch and hold the icon to manually place it on the home screen or select “Add to Home Screen” to put it there automatically.
